Up for sale, a 2004 Fender '65 Twin Reverb in excellent condition and in perfect working order. A meticulous reissue of a true American classic, the Twin is an elegant, stage-tested powerhouse that responds well to a wide range of pickups, suitable for virtually any genre. This 85-watt all-tube 2x12 combo serves up definitive clean tone with incredible sparkle, rich bass, and smooth midrange. The Twin is an ideal pedal platform, with the ample headroom, muscle and detail that also makes it perfect for pedal steel or a vintage electric piano whether it be Rhodes, Wurlitzer, or Pianet. Tube-driven spring Reverb and photocell Tremolo round out the Twin's enviable feature set, offering plenty of splash and dimensional chop.The two channel design features dedicated Volume and EQ for each channel, with the Reverb and Tremolo effects relegated to Channel Two. The amp is loaded with the original Jensen C12K speaker pair with large ceramic magnets, dark green frames, and original cones. The tube complement includes a matched quartet of Electro Harmonix 6L6 power tubes, with all matching Fender-branded Groove Tubes in the preamp.The amp retains its original smooth black tolex and silver sparkle grillcloth, with wear limited to a bit of light staining on the cloth and a couple minor tolex scuffs. All of the original hardware is intact including the chrome-plated tilt-back legs, corners, handle caps, and chassis straps.The original two-button footswitch is included.
