Up for sale, a 2003 Epiphone ES-335 Dot in exceptional, 100% original condition and in perfect working order. This Epiphone was crafted at the Peerless factory in Korea, featuring a gloss Cherry finish, quilted maple top and back, ABR-1 bridge, and a pair of Epiphone 57CH(G) humbuckers.
Tonewoods include a maple body (maple centerblock), mahogany neck, and rosewood fingerboard, and this ES-335 weighs 7lbs 13oz. The 57CH(G) humbuckers are slightly overwound, offering great fullness and midrange kick. The neck pickup is broad and girthy, and the bridge has a more focused bite with tight, aggressive lows. These pickups are also wax-potted for optimal feedback rejection, designed to perform well with gain. This ES-335 Dot has been professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 10-46 strings, low action, and accurate intonation.

The gloss Cherry finish highlights quilted maple figuring in the top and back, particularly dimensional at the lower bout, and this is a clean example, with cosmetic wear limited to light scuffing along the pick path and just a few minor finish scratches in the clear coat on the body as a whole. The gloss on the neck profile is flawless, and there is cloudiness in the gloss on the face of the peghead.
A padded gigbag is included.
