Up for sale, a 2002 Jackson Stars Soloist model JSSLE-150 in exceptional, 100% original condition and in perfect working order, compete with hangtags. A very rare model, the Jackson Stars instruments are the direct descendants of the Grover Jackson line, crafted at the Chushin factory exclusively for the Japanese domestic market. This premium iteration of the Soloist platform features a pair of EMG 81 active pickups, neck-through construction, a unique control layout, and a Midnight Red gloss finish.
Utilizing ceramic magnets and close aperture coils, the EMG 81 is designed for optimal note detail, enhanced high end cut, and fluid sustain, engineered so that lead work will slice through even the densest mix. The bridge has an aggressive, gain-ready snarl, and the neck is fuller and broader-sounding, with excellent articulation and dynamics. This Jackson Stars Soloist JSSLE-150 has been professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 9-42 strings, slinky action, and accurate intonation.
