2002 Fender Telecaster '72 Vintage Reissue TL72-53 Blonde, Japan CIJ

+ shipping

Up for sale, a 2002 Fender Telecaster ‘72 vintage reissue model TL72-53 in exceptional, 100% original condition and in perfect working order. This “Crafted in Japan” Tele was produced exclusively for the Japanese domestic market and select international territories, uncommon outside of its country of origin.

Tonewoods include a basswood body and a one-piece maple neck, and the TL-Current single coil pickups deliver quintessential Tele tonalities. There's twang and cut at the bridge and a bell-like, sweet quality at the neck position. This Tele weighs 7lbs 12oz, professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 10-46 strings, low action, and accurate intonation.

Cosmetic wear on the gloss transparent Blonde finish is limited to an area of light buckle rash on the back and just a scant few minor dings on the body as a whole. The smooth gloss on the neck profile highlights subtle flame figuring on the bass-side shoulder.

A gigbag is included.
