Up for sale, a 2001 Fender Precision Bass ‘57 vintage reissue model PB57-53 in near-mint condition and in perfect working order, complete with the original gigbag and hangtags. Hailing from the "Crafted in Japan" era of production, this Precision Bass was designed for the Japanese domestic market, 100% original with the exception of a three-ply black pickguard.
Strung with fresh 45-105 roundwound strings, the bass has plenty of detailed growl and broad thump, particularly thick with the Tone knob rolled back to taste. This PB57-53 weighs 8lbs 3oz, professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with easy-playing action and accurate intonation.
