Up for sale, a 2001 Epiphone Casino in excellent condition and in perfect working order, complete with the original hardshell case. Crafted at the Peerless factory in Korea, this uncommon and discontinued iteration of the Casino stacks up well against the Elitist line.

Notable for its full 1 11/16" nut width (a feature surprisingly uncommon on many Casino reissues), this guitar's fully hollow all-maple body has an articulate and airy tone, capturing both the clear note attack of maple as a tonewood and the warmth of the hollow construction. The P-90 pickups are wound to vintage spec with plenty of midrange bark, delivering a glassy, percussive quality. For dynamic cleans or thick overdrive, these pickups can produce either with ease. Featherweight at 6lbs 3oz, this Casino has been professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 10-46 strings, low action, and accurate intonation.

The gloss Sunburst finish exhibits two small areas of finish chipping in the clear coat along the top binding, at the bass-side waist and along the lower bout. Beyond that, there are just a few additional tiny marks on the body as a whole. The gloss finish on the neck profile is flawless, and there is some cloudiness in the gloss on the headstock face.

The original black tolex hardshell case is included.
