Up for sale, a 2000 Fender Precision Bass ‘70 vintage reissue in 100% original condition and in perfect working order. This "Crafted in Japan" model features a factory-installed Fender American Standard split coil P Bass pickup, along with a few select vintage-spec touches including a block logo on the headstock, proper thumb rest placement, and black pickguard.

One welcome deviation from vintage spec is a thick slab rosewood fretboard (as opposed to a thinner veneer board seen on actual vintage examples). With an alder body as its sonic foundation, this bass delivers the goods with warm thump, excellent articulation, and sweet treble growl. Weighing 9lbs 1oz, this Precision Bass PB70-70US has been professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 45-105 roundwound strings, comfortable action, and accurate intonation.

The gloss Olympic White finish exhibits yellowing of the clear coat, with a few "tan lines" from previously removed stickers on the top, and only a few additional minor dings on the back and along the lower bout perimeter. The smooth gloss on the neck profile is flawless.

A padded gigbag is included.
