Up for sale, a 1999 Fender Telecaster Thinline ‘70 vintage reissue model TN70/MAHO in excellent condition, upgraded with Lollar Vintage T pickups. This uncommon “Crafted in Japan” Telecaster faithfully captures the spirit and sound of a genuine vintage example, featuring a semi-hollow mahogany body and a maple neck. This particular example features a bevy of premium upgrades including a pair of Lollar Vintage T single coil pickups, CTS pots in the wiring harness, and a replacement “Pat. Pend” bridge base with brass saddles.

The semi-hollow construction ensures a distinctive midrange heft and bark inherent in mahogany as a tonewood. The Lollar Vintage T single coil pickups are designed to be exceedingly faithful to vintage spec, with flush mount Alnico 5 magnets, wax potted coils, and vintage style cloth-covered leads. With a '50s Tele flavor, the bridge pickup has a chewy, cutting twang (enhanced by the brass bridge saddles), while the neck pickup has a percussive, bell-like chime. This Telecaster Thinline weighs 6lbs 13oz, professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 10-46 strings, low action, and accurate intonation.
