Up for sale, a 1997 Gibson Flying V '67 vintage reissue in excellent condition and in perfect working order, complete with the original hardshell case, Gibson strap, and Gibson/Yamano hangtags. Gibson's USA-made guitars distributed via Yamano are often considered among their best, featuring the highest quality woods hand-picked for Gibson's discerning Japanese audience. In fact, this Flying V even has the "Premium Quality for Japan" hangtag, spelling out the extra care Gibson takes with guitars for the Japanese market.

A discontinued model with an Arctic White gloss nitro lacquer finish, this Flying V boasts solid mahogany construction with an uncommon ebony fretboard, loaded with a pair of Gibson's 496R and 500T humbuckers. The 496R produces incredible sustain and cutting power with its ceramic magnet, adding more highs with increased definition and no mud in high gain scenarios. The 500T is one of Gibson’s most powerful pickups, containing a three ceramic magnet structure, which enables a no-holds-barred rock and roll crunch that never loses its rich combination of enhanced lows and crystal clear highs. Weighing 7lbs 12oz, this Flying V has been dialed in here at Mike & Mike's Guitar Bar with 10-46 strings, slinky action, and spot-on intonation.
