+ shipping

Up for sale, a 1997 Fender Jazz Bass ‘62 vintage reissue model JB62-75US in excellent condition and in perfect working order. This upper-tiered “Crafted in Japan” Jazz Bass was produced exclusively for the Japanese domestic market and is uncommon outside its country of origin, featuring factory-installed USA-made pickups and vintage-spec touches including full-size tuner baseplates and spiral bridge saddles.

Tonewoods include an alder body and a maple neck capped by a slab rosewood fretboard. The pickups offer sweet midrange and articulate growl, with a clear treble response and plenty of broad thump with the Tone knob rolled back. This Jazz Bass weighs 9lbs 6oz, professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 45-100 roundwound strings, easy-playing action, and accurate intonation.

Cosmetic wear on the gloss Black finish includes some minor dings and finish scratches on the body as a whole, most prominent along the bass side of the top and on the perimeter. The neck profile retains its smooth ambered gloss, with a few shallow nicks behind fret 1 that don't impact playability.

A faux leather gigbag is included.
