Up for sale, a 1996 Fender Jazz Bass ‘75 vintage reissue model JB75-90 in excellent condition and in perfect working order, complete with a molded hardshell case and upgraded with Aguilar AG 4J-Hot pickups. This uncommon “Made in Japan” Jazz Bass is set apart from Fender Japan's standard JB75 models via the distinctive black block inlays and binding framing the rosewood fretboard, and features vintage-correct touches including a block logo and three-bolt neck plate.
Weighing 8lbs 13oz, this bass offers natural fundamental punch and sustain, with great midrange presence and note attack via the ash body. The Aguilar AG 4J-Hot single coil pickups feature an overwound design with large pole pieces, delivering thick lows, a growly midrange character, and ideal bite and edge. This Jazz Bas JB75-90 has been professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 45-100 roundwound strings, easy-playing action, and accurate intonation.
