Up for sale, a 1996 Fender Jag-Stang model JSG-65 in 100% original condition and in perfect working order. This unique Fender Japan offering was produced during the first year of the Jag-Stang’s original (less than two years) “Made in Japan” production run.

Famously known for being designed by Kurt Cobain of Nirvana when he took two polaroids of a Mustang and Jaguar and cut them together, the Jag-Stang is in step with the features of both of these classic short scale Fender models, while also satisfying the higher gain pickup needs of Nirvana's chief architect. The guitar weighs 7lbs 15oz, professionally setup here at Mike & Mike's Guitar Bar with 10-46 strings, slinky action, and accurate intonation.
