Up for sale, a 1995 Gibson Les Paul Standard in excellent, 100% original condition and in perfect working order, complete with the original hardshell case. This Les Paul hails from an increasingly highly regarded era of Gibson production known colloquially as the "good wood era," featuring a pair of 490R/498T humbucker pair and a gloss Vintage Sunburst nitro lacquer finish.
This Les Paul weighs 10lbs 1oz, with traditional tonewoods including a carved two-piece maple top, mahogany body, and one-piece mahogany neck capped with a bound rosewood fretboard, dishing out plenty of natural sustain with a lively, powerful acoustic response. The 490R and 498T humbuckers have a wide tonal palette, with the Alnico II magnets in the neck pickup offering more chime and warmth, while the Alnico V bridge pickup cuts through with classic Gibson roar. This Les Paul Standard has been professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 10-46 strings, low action, and accurate intonation.
