Up for sale, a 1995 Fender Telecaster Custom ‘72 vintage reissue model TC72-70 in excellent condition and in perfect working order, 100% original save for a replacement six-saddle bridge. This “Made in Japan” model is faithful and well-crafted reissue, embodying everything that makes the Telecaster Custom model so versatile and fun to play.

Extremely lightweight at only 7lbs 2oz, tonewoods include an ash body and one-piece maple neck. Acoustically this guitar is lively and clear with detail and kick in the midrange. This Telecaster has a broad tonal spectrum with a Wide Range humbucker in the neck position and a traditional Tele single coil at the bridge, offering both thick, meaty humbucker tones and chiming, twangy single coil snap. Engaging both pickups yields a “best of both worlds” tone with great warmth and articulation. This Telecaster Custom has been professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 10-46 strings, low action, and accurate intonation.

The gloss Sunburst finish is well-kept, with wear limited to two small chips along the lower bout perimeter and just a handful of minor dings on the body as a whole, primarily concentrated along the lower bout perimeter and on the back. The smooth ambered gloss on the neck profile is flawless save for one tiny nick central to the carve behind fret 3 that is undetectable to the palm.

A modern Fender gigbag is included.
