Up for sale, a 1995 Fender Order Made Kurt Cobain-spec'd Jaguar in excellent, 100% original condition and in perfect working order. Predating the Ikebe-exclusive Cobain models, this Order Made Jaguar is a non-catalog custom-ordered instrument. Fender Japan's Order Made program functioned as a sort of Fender Japan custom shop, offering a bevy of non-catalog features and finishes.
Tonewoods include an alder body, maple neck, and rosewood fretboard, and this Jaguar weighs 8lbs 8oz. The pair of Dragster humbuckers have a full and punchy sound in each pickup position, and for additional functionality beyond the typical Jaguar control array, both pickups are factory coil-tapped with push/pull pots on the Lead Circuit Volume/Tone controls. This Cobain Jaguar has been professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 10-46 strings, low action, and accurate intonation.

The gloss Sunburst finish has light buckle rash central to the back and some dings on the body as a whole, largely along the lower bout perimeter and on the back. The ambered gloss on the neck profile has a few shallow marks central to the carve behind frets 1-3, and there are three small (filled) extra string tree mounting holes on the headstock face.
A gigbag is included.
