Up for sale, a 1995 Fender Jaguar ‘62 vintage reissue model JG66-RC in near-mint, 100% original condition and in perfect working order. This "Made in Japan" Jaguar was produced in the golden age of Fender Japan, designed for the Japanese domestic market and uncommon outside its country of origin, with the RC “Rare Color” model suffix denoting the Shoreline Gold custom color finish and matching headstock, purportedly one of only ~120 produced.
For surfy snap and twang, it's hard to beat the Jaguar, a model adopted by a wide range of genres for its cutting Fender tone and easy playability. With a percussive clarity and snarl in the bridge position and warmer, darker tonalities at the neck, there's a surprisingly wide range of voicings available on the Jaguar, further enhanced by the Rhythm Circuit on the lower bout (for even darker tones) and a bass cut switch on the hexagonal switch plate (for more thinned out, treble-centric sizzle).
