Up for sale, a 1995 Fender Blues Junior tube amp in excellent condition and in perfect working order. The original USA-made iteration of the Blues Junior was produced at Fender's Corona, CA factory, boasting "NOS" Tweed (in contrast to the relic'd versions offered later). The Blues Junior has a look which mirrors Fender's classic Tweed era amps of the 1950s, right down to the chrome control plate and chicken head knobs. The Fender Blues Junior is one of Fender's more enduringly popular, versatile, and reliable modern compact tube amp designs. The single channel Master Volume-equipped circuit offers ample headroom or smooth grit at manageable volumes. A "Fat" tone/boost switch thickens things up when needed, and a spring reverb adds dimension and splash. The tube complement includes three JJ 12AX7s in the preamp and a matched pair of JJ EL84 power tubes. The original Eminence-made 12" ceramic magnet speaker is intact with the original cone, and the manufacturer's sticker on the side of the magnet dates to '95.The original tweed is in exceptional shape (save for some light staining on the bottom of the cabinet), as is the oxblood grillcloth with gold stripe. The chrome plating on the faceplate is positively gleaming, with all original white silkscreen text intact, and the full complement of chicken head knobs. The original leather handle is also intact.Features:-Tweed covering-Genuine Fender spring reverb-Leather handle-Rattle-reducing EL84 shock absorbers-"Fat" tone switch (footswitchable, switch not included)-Fender-branded Eminence 12" speaker
