Out Of Stock
Up for sale, a 1995 Fender Blues Deville 4x10 tube amp, freshly serviced and complete with the original footswitch. A discontinued, USA-made model widely considered to be the better-voiced and more player-friendly brother of the Hot Rod Deville, the Blues Deville iteration boasts a very smooth and well balanced tone, with a rich overdrive channel and footswitchable Reverb. The amp has both preamp Gain and Master Volume controls, as well as a three-band EQ, Presence control, Overdrive knob, and Reverb control.

The circuit has been freshly serviced, with component voltages tested and all pots sprayed out. Originally designed for use within Japan (as evidenced by the small sticker beneath the tube chart), the amp has been fitted with a brand new power transformer for 120V USA operation, sourced directly from Fender. The amp is loaded with a matched and properly biased pair of Sovtek 6L6 power tubes, along with preamp tubes from the likes of Groove Tubes.

The four original Eminence-made and Fender-branded ceramic magnet 10" speakers are intact with clean black frames and original cones. The speakers have date codes on the frames from 1995.

The original tweed shows some general wear and light staining, particularly on the bottom third of the enclosure. There is some light surface patina on the chrome-plated control plate as well. All stock chicken head knobs are intact, along with the metal "Fender" badge on the face, and dogbone handle.

The original two-button footswitch is included.
