Up for sale, a 1994 Fender Jazz Bass fretless model JB62-65FL in excellent condition and in perfect working order. This “Made in Japan” fretless Jazz Bass has numerous upgrades including a pair of EMG J system active pickups, a Leo Quan Badass Bass II bridge, dome-top knurled knobs, and a three-ply black pickguard.
Tonewoods include an alder body, maple neck, and a slab, unlined rosewood fretboard. With great breadth and clarity, EMG's J pickup design has a very low ratio of resistance to inductance, which increases the low end response, while the radiused ceramic bar magnet ensures a tight midrange punch and dynamic trebles, with plenty of low end power and grind. This Jazz Bass weighs 9lbs 13oz, professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 45-100 roundwound strings and easy-playing action.

The three-tone Sunburst finish shows sparse buckle worming on the back, some minor nicks along the lower bout perimeter and on the bass side of the top, and pick scuffing that's largely constrained to the pickguard. The ambered gloss on the neck profile is flawless.
