Up for sale, a 1993 Mosrite USA '65 Ventures Model in 100% original condition and in perfect working order, complete with the original hardshell case and CoA. Crafted by Semie Moseley's United Sound Association company at the Booneville, Arkansas factory, this guitar hails from the final year of the briefest era of USA Mosrite production. After Semie Moseley passed away in 1992, his wife Loretta oversaw manufacturing into the 1993 model year, and these "Built in Soul" Mosrites from Booneville are among the very best Semie and his small team of craftsmen ever made, assembled in extremely small quantities.
Tonewoods include a basswood body with prominent German Carve, a maple neck, and bound slab rosewood fingerboard, yielding a smooth, balanced acoustic tone. These tonewoods provide an ideal platform for the single coil pickup pair, wound properly to vintage spec and metering ~11k ohms. There’s plenty of power and midrange content on tap, delivering an authoritative sound that's quintessential Mosrite. This ‘65 Ventures Model weighs 8lbs 4oz, professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 11-49 strings, low action, and accurate intonation.

The gloss Pearl White finish exhibits yellowing of the clear coat, with a bit of shallow buckle worming on the treble side of the back, wear along the lower body edge, and some small dings and finish scratches consistent with use. The gloss on the neck profile shows subtle vertical checking, smooth and clean to the palm.
The original Mosrite-branded hardshell case is included, along with the CoA (dated Oct. 8, 1993).
