Up for sale, a 1993 Gretsch G6118 Double Anniversary in near-mint, 100% original condition and in perfect working order, complete with the original hardshell case. This 1993 iteration of the Double Anniversary model was produced for Gretsch’s 110th Anniversary, featuring a pair of Filter’Tron pickups, a “G” tailpiece, and a Space Control bridge.
Tonewoods include a fully hollow maple body (sound post bracing), rock maple neck, and bound rosewood fretboard, and this Gretsch weighs 7lbs 12oz. The Filter’Tron pickups offer a thick, silky tone in the neck position, while the bridge pickup has a cutting growl and focused midrange punch. This G6118 Anniversary has been professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 11-49 strings, low action, and accurate intonation.

The gloss on the neck profile is flawless, and there is a small repaired split and a bit of discoloration at the top back edge of the headstock.
The original gray tolex hardshell case is included.
