Up for sale, a 1993 Fender Precision Bass ‘62 vintage reissue model PB62-53 in excellent, 100% original condition and in perfect working order. This “Made in Japan” P Bass was produced exclusively for the Japanese domestic market, uncommon outside its country of origin.

Tonewoods include a basswood body, maple neck, and slab rosewood fretboard, and this bass weighs 8lbs 10oz. The PB-Vintage split-coil pickup delivers quintessential thump and low end fullness, balanced by rich treble growl and sweetness. This PB62-53 has been professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 45-100 roundwound strings, comfortable action, and accurate intonation.

The Olympic White gloss finish exhibits signs of light use, including one finish chip at the treble-side lower bout perimeter, mild pick wear, very light scuffing on the back at the lower bout, and few minor marks on the body as a whole. The smooth ambered gloss on the neck profile is flawless save for one shallow nick central to the carve behind fret 3.
