Up for sale, a 1993 Fender Jazz Bass ‘75 vintage reissue model JB75-80 in excellent, 100% original condition and in perfect working order. This “Made in Japan” Jazz Bass was crafted at the Fujigen factory during the golden era of Fender Japan production, featuring an ash body, maple neck and bound fretboard with block inlay.
Weighing 10lbs 7oz, the bass offers a natural fundamental punch and sonic authority. The low end is thick and focused, with a present upper midrange burp and treble-centric grind. The bridge pickup has clarity and growl, balanced by the fuller thump of the neck position single coil. This JB75-80 has been professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 45-100 roundwound strings, comfortable action, and accurate intonation.
