Up for sale, a 1993 Fender Stratocaster ‘54 vintage reissue model ST54-75RV in excellent condition and in perfect working order. Crafted at the Fujigen factory during the golden age of “Made in Japan” production, this top-tier Stratocaster is a rare limited run model offered under the short-lived Custom Edition banner (which itself was an extension of the ExTrad branding). A premium spin on the 1954 Stratocaster platform, the ST54-75RV features black bobbin Fender American Vintage 57/62 pickups and a nitro lacquer Sunburst gloss finish.
The ST54-75RV has an ash body and a one-piece maple neck, with a dynamic and bold acoustic response, offering the immediacy, midrange complexity and detailed note attack of its tonewoods. The American Vintage 57/62 pickups are faithful to vintage spec with black bobbins, cloth-covered leads, and staggered, unbeveled alnico pole pieces. Each position on the five-way pickup selector switch is vital and distinct; the bridge is sparkling, the neck has a throaty, bell-like roundness, and the "in-between" switch settings have a scooped cut. This Strat weighs 7lbs 6oz, professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 10-46 strings, low action, and spot-on intonation.

Cosmetic wear on the gloss Sunburst nitro lacquer finish is limited to light buckle rash on the back at the belly contour and a number of minor dings and light scratches on the body as a whole, largely constrained to the back and perimeter. The neck profile retains its smooth ambered gloss, with a few tiny marks along the spine of the profile that have no impact on playability.
A Fender gigbag is included.
