Up for sale, a 1992 Ibanez RG570 in excellent condition and in perfect working order. Produced at the Fujigen factory in Japan, this Ibanez features a Floyd Rose-licensed Lo-Pro Edge tremolo, gloss Jewel Blue finish with matching headstock, and HSH pickup complement, upgraded with a pair of DiMarzio PAF Pro humbuckers.

Tonewoods include a basswood body, maple neck, and 24-fret rosewood fretboard, and this RG570 weighs 7lbs 9oz. The DiMarzio PAF Pros humbuckers were designed to combine the open sound of a PAF with plenty of presence and cut, interacting well with high gain amps. The original S1 single coil yields sparkle and snap, pairing well with the (tapped) humbuckers at the “in-between” positions on the five-way pickup selector switch. This RG570 has been professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 9-42 strings, slinky action, and accurate intonation.

The gloss Jewel Blue finish is dark and rich, with one very subtle round “tan line” from a removed sticker on the bass-side body horn. Cosmetic wear is limited to light pick scuffing and some small marks on the body. The satin finish on the neck profile is flawless.

A gigbag is included.
