Up for sale, a 1992 Fender Stratocaster ‘54 vintage reissue model ST54-75RV in near-mint, 100% original condition and in perfect working order. Crafted at the Fujigen factory during the golden age of “Made in Japan” production, this top-tier Stratocaster is a rare limited run model offered under the short-lived Custom Edition banner (which itself was an extension of the ExTrad branding). A premium spin on the 1954 Stratocaster platform, the ST54-75RV features black bobbin Fender American Vintage 57/62 pickups and a nitro lacquer Vintage Natural gloss finish.
The ST54-75RV has an ash body and a one-piece maple neck, with a dynamic and bold acoustic response, offering the immediacy, midrange complexity and detailed note attack of its tonewoods. The American Vintage 57/62 pickups are faithful to vintage spec with black bobbins, cloth-covered leads, and staggered, unbeveled alnico pole pieces. Each position on the three-way pickup selector switch is vital and distinct; the bridge is sparkling, the neck has a throaty, bell-like roundness, and the "in-between" switch settings have a scooped cut. This Strat weighs 7lbs 10oz, professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 10-46 strings, low action, and spot-on intonation.

The gloss Vintage Natural nitro lacquer finish highlights the tight, straight grain of the ash body, and cosmetic wear is limited to very faint pick scuffing on top, one tiny ding on top at the bass-side waist, and just a few light scratches in the clear coat on the body as a whole. The smooth ambered gloss on the neck profile is nigh flawless.
A Fender Japan faux leather gigbag is included.
