Up for sale, a 1991 Ibanez RG570 in perfect working order, upgraded with a pair of Ibanez's Quantum humbuckers. Produced at the Fujigen factory in Japan, this Ibanez features an HSH pickup complement, Floyd Rose-licensed Edge tremolo, and gloss Jewel Blue finish.
Tonewoods include a basswood body, maple neck, and 24-fret rosewood fretboard, and this RG570 weighs 7lbs 15oz. The Ibanez Quantum humbuckers feature ceramic magnet construction, designed to yield an ideal blend of power and articulation. These humbuckers are full-sounding, with more focused aggression via the QM2 bridge pickup and more warmth and tonal breadth from the neck position QM1. The middle position S1 single coil is fat and punchy, coupled with the humbuckers at positions 2 and 4 on the five-way pickup selector switch. This RG570 has been professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 9-42 strings, slinky action, and accurate intonation.
