Up for sale, a 1991 Fender Telecaster ‘72 vintage reissue model TL72-500 in near-mint, 100% original condition and in perfect working order. An early Fender Japan model produced at the Fujigen factory and offered only in the Japanese domestic market, this TL72 is uncommon outside its country of origin, featuring an ash body with a gloss Butterscotch Blonde finish.

The ash body ensures a certain midrange fullness and heft, and this Telecaster is very resonant acoustically. The TL-Current single coil pickups deliver focused cut in the neck position and sparkling twang at the bridge. This Telecaster weighs 8lbs 9oz, professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 10-46 strings, low action, and accurate intonation.
