Up for sale, a 1991 Fender Telecaster ‘52 vintage reissue model TL52-600 in like-new, 100% original condition and in perfect working order. Produced at the Fujigen factory, this “Made in Japan” Tele is an uncommon model, sporting a Charcoal Burst gloss finish. This "toasted" finish has dark streaking in the transparent Butterscotch gloss, highlighting the grain of the American basswood body.

The pair of TL-Vintage single coil pickups deliver Tele snap and punch, with chewy twang at the bridge, sweet and bell-like sounds at the neck, and a woody, percussive cut in the middle. Lightweight at 6lbs 13oz, this TL52-600 has been professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 10-46 strings, low action, and accurate intonation.

This particular Charcoal Burst finish still presents notably close to when it was new, as the dark streaking often fades with UV exposure over the decades. This is an exceedingly well-kept example, with barely a mark on it. The ambered gloss on the neck profile is flawless.

The original faux leather gigbag is included.
