Up for sale, a 1990s Grover Jackson Soloist Custom SSH in exceptional, 100% original condition and in perfect working order. This rare Jackson was among the highest-tiered Jackson/Charvel Soloist models crafted by the Chushin Gakki factory in Japan, featuring neck-through construction with a contoured heel, a Schaller tremolo, active Mid-Boost circuit, and SSH pickup complement.

Tonewoods include a quartersawn maple neck capped by a 24-fret ebony fingerboard and yellow poplar body wings, offering ample sustain and natural resonance with the glassy note attack of maple/ebony. With an SSH pickup array, the guitar offers five-way switching with a pair of J-200 single coils and a J-50BC humbucker in the bridge position. Weighing 8lbs 6oz, this Soloist Custom benefits from a professional setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 9-42 strings, slinky action, and accurate intonation.

The gloss Midnight Blue finish exhibits light buckle rash central to the back, a bit of expected pick scuffing across the strum path, two small finish chips on the lower bout perimeter, and a few minor marks and finish scratches in the clear coat. The gloss on the neck profile is flawless.
