This rare Jackson was among the highest-tiered Jackson/Charvel Soloist models crafted by the Chushin Gakki factory in Japan, featuring neck-through construction with a contoured heel, a Schaller tremolo, active Mid-Boost circuit, and a pair of powerful humbuckers.

Tonewoods include a quartersawn maple neck capped by a 24-fret ebony fingerboard and yellow poplar body wings, offering ample sustain and natural resonance with the glassy note attack of maple/ebony and a very balanced quality from the body wings. The powerful Jackson J-80 humbucker in the bridge position is big and bold, with aggressive highs and a balanced midrange, and the J-50 in the neck position has a full sound with great definition and tight, responsive lows. Additionally, the five-way blade selector switch offers coil splitting options in positions 2 and 4 for snappy single coil cut.
