Up for sale, a 1990s Greco L-7 in excellent, 100% original condition and in perfect working order, complete with the original hardshell case. Crafted at the venerable Fujigen Gakki factory in Japan, this parlor-sized archtop (which bears little resemblance to the Gibson model of the same name) boasts a notably compact 13 1/2” lower bout width and all-mahogany body construction.

Weighing 4lbs 9oz, this Greco pairs an X-braced top with a mahogany neck and bound rosewood fingerboard, delivering a warm, round response with a distinctive midrange clarity. The highs are crisp and immediate, particularly bouncy when struck with authority, and the bass register is rich and full with a touch of smooth low end growl. This L-7 has been professionally setup here at Mike and Mike’s Guitar Bar with 12-53 bronze strings, easy-playing action, and accurate intonation.

The gloss finish exhibits subtle vertical checking on the back and sides, with light buckle worming on the bass-side of the back and some minor dings and finish scratches, a few of which have been carefully touched up. The smooth gloss on the neck profile has just a few shallow nicks on the carve.

The original hardshell case is included.
