Up for sale, a 1990s Burny RLC-70 in exceptional condition and in perfect working order. Produced under the umbrella of the Fernandes company in Japan, Burny has long been lauded for making some of the finest “lawsuit” LP instruments, with great adherence to vintage Gibson spec and premium fit and finish work.

This LP Custom-style Burny features the classic tonewood complement of a mahogany body with a two-piece maple top and a mahogany neck capped with a bound ebonized rosewood fretboard, weighing 9lbs 5oz. There’s plenty of natural sustain on tap, providing an ideal platform for the original pair of VH-1 humbuckers. Known for their nuance, clarity, and dynamic response, these humbuckers have a PAF-style response, delivering an ideal blend of warmth and articulation. This RLC-70 has been professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 10-46 strings, low action, and spot-on intonation.
