Up for sale, a 1990 Greco SS-600P2 vintage SG-style guitar in excellent, 100% original condition and in perfect working order, complete with a hardshell case. This is a signature model made for Kanako Nakayama, guitarist of Japanese rock band Princess Princess (or Princess2), a five-piece all-girl group that was active from 1983 to 1996.
Featherweight at 6lbs, this SS-600P2 artist model differs from the standard Greco SS spec in a few different ways, both aesthetic and functional. The neck measures 1 ⅝” at the nut, with full shoulders and a particularly chunky shape in the upper registers. The 22 fret rosewood fretboard is bound with fret edge binding and distinctive dot inlay. Additionally, the signature Screamin’-KN PAF-style humbuckers are wound to artist spec, slightly underwound for a more open, brighter sound.
