Up for sale, a 1990 Fender Precision Bass ‘62 vintage reissue model PB62-900 in excellent condition and in perfect working order. This upper-tiered “Made in Japan” model was crafted at the Fujigen factory during the golden age of Fender Japan production, featuring a gloss Black nitro lacquer finish and vintage-spec touches including long stem reverse-gear tuners, spiral (threaded) bridge saddles, and a USA-made PB-Vintage split-coil pickup. This particular PB62-900 has been augmented with a gold anodized aluminum pickguard and upgraded wiring harness.

Tonewoods include an alder body, maple neck, and slab rosewood fretboard, and this PB62-900 weighs 9lbs 5oz. The USA-made pickup is the same design used in the American Standard models of the era, delivering thump, growl and low end breadth. This PB62-900 has been professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 45-105 roundwound strings, easy-playing action, and accurate intonation.
