Up for sale, a 1990 Fender Precision Bass ‘62 vintage reissue model PB62-500 in exceptional condition and in perfect working order, 100% original save for a replacement tortoise pickguard. This “Mae in Japan” Precision Bass was made exclusively for the Japanese domestic market at the famed Fujigen factory, uncommon outside its country of origin.

Tonewoods include a basswood body, maple neck, and slab rosewood fretboard, and this bass weighs 8lbs 15oz. The PB-Vintage split-coil pickup delivers quintessential thump and low end fullness, balanced by rich treble growl and sweetness. Weighing 9lbs 6oz, this Precision Bass has been professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 45-100 roundwound strings, easy-playing action, and spot-on intonation.
