Up for sale, a 1990 B.C. Rich Gunslinger model GS-MR851 in excellent condition and in perfect working order, 100% original save for a replacement knob. This Gunslinger was crafted in Japan as part of the NJ Series (Nagoya, Japan), featuring a gloss Neon Green finish with matching reverse headstock, Floyd Rose-licensed tremolo, 22-fret maple fretboard, and Super Distortion-style Custom humbuckers. This particular Gunslinger is designed to recreate the example played by Poison’s C.C. DeVille, and the Neon/Slime Green finish is even referred to in the NJ Series catalog as “DeVille Green.”
The all-maple construction ensures a sonic immediacy, clear note attack and bright tonal quality. The Super Distortion-style HB high-output humbuckers are aggressive and cutting, with rounder chunk in the neck position and and bold cut at the bridge. This Gunslinger GS-MR851 weighs 7lbs 12oz, professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 10-46 strings, slinky action, and accurate intonation.
