Up for sale, a 1989 Greco MM-65 in showroom-clean, 100% original condition and in perfect working order. This rare Greco model was only produced for a few short years as part of the Rock Spirits series, inspired by Joan Jett’s signature 1977 Melody Maker. This is a particularly uncommon variant of the model, boasting a black pickguard, streamlined controls, Grover Rotomatic tuners, and a pair of “Screamin’” PAF-style humbuckers.
The body and neck are crafted from mahogany, and this MM-65 is featherweight at 6lbs 8oz. Wound in-house at Fujigen, the humbuckers deliver a great array of vintage tonalities. The bridge position has a rich growl and cut with great note attack, while the neck pickup is fat and round. This MM-65 has been professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 10-46 strings, low action, and accurate intonation.

-Shape: Slender C, measuring .810” 1st fret, .930” 12th fret
