Up for sale, a 1990 Fender Telecaster ‘72 vintage reissue model TL72-500 in perfect working order. An early Fender Japan model produced at the Fujigen factory and offered only in the Japanese domestic market, this TL72 is notable for featuring an uncommon rosewood fretboard. The pair of TL-Current single coil pickups deliver a range of traditional Tele tones, with a focused cut in the neck position and sparkling twang at the bridge. This Telecaster weighs 8lbs 3oz, professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 10-46 strings, low action, and accurate intonation.

The neck profile retains its smooth ambered gloss, with several shallow marks along the profile length that have no impact on playability. There is a small rectangular "tan line" on the headstock face from a previously removed sticker.
An early Fender Japan gigbag is included.
