Up for sale, a 1988 Mosrite Ventures Model VMG-900 ‘65 vintage reissue in excellent, 100% original condition and in perfect working order, complete with the original hardshell case. This finely-crafted Mosrite reissue was produced at the KuroKumo factory in Japan, capturing the essential specs of the 1965 model year. Features include a Moseley vibrato tailpiece, skirted knobs, Kluson-style tuning machines, and German Carve on the basswood body.
The G-1000 single coil pickups are snappy and sparkling, not as overwound as some, yet still providing a bold, distinct sound in every pickup position. Chewy and snappy at the bridge and broader at the neck, these pickups offer an authoritative treble zing that's quintessential Mosrite.
