Up for sale, a 1988 Fender Precision Bass ‘57 vintage reissue model PB57-55 in 100% original condition and in perfect working order. An early iteration of Fender Japan's 1957 Precision platform, this bass was produced exclusively for the Japanese domestic market and is uncommon outside of its country of origin. Via the PB-Vintage split-coil pickup, there’s plenty of detailed growl and broad thump on tap, offering thicker tones with the Tone knob rolled back to taste. The P Bass weighs 8lbs 8oz, benefitting from a professional setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 45-100 roundwound strings, easy-playing action, and spot-on intonation.
