1988 Boss PS-2 Digital Pitch Shifter Delay Effects Pedal Near-Mint, Blue Label Japan

+ shipping

Up for sale, a 1987 Boss PS-2 Digital Pitch Shifter and Delay effects pedal in near-mint condition and in perfect working order. The PS-2 was the first pitch shifter made by Boss and one of the first pedals with dual boards, working both as a pitch shifter and a digital delay. Pitch shifting is limited to one octave up or down while maximum delay time is two seconds.

This particular PS-2 is post serial number 845800, meaning the high frequency noise associated with earlier productions has since been alleviated. Cosmetically, this pedal is extremely clean, with pristine graphics and the quartet of original knobs. The blue "Made in Japan" label is intact on the back, as well as the white serial sticker in the battery compartment (dating production to April, 1988)
