Up for sale, a 1987 Fender Stratocaster left-handed ‘62 vintage reissue model ST62-55L in near-mint, 100% original condition and in perfect working order, complete with a hardshell case. This early “Made in Japan” Stratocaster was crafted at the Fujigen factory exclusively for the Japanese domestic market, uncommon outside of its country of origin.

Tonewoods include a basswood body and maple neck capped by a thick slab rosewood fretboard, and this Strat weighs 7lbs 12oz. The trio of single coil pickups feature Alnico magnet construction, and these pickups deliver a bevy of classic Strat tonalities: the neck is round and bell-like, and the bridge pickup provides sparkling cut, with thinned-out cut in the "in-between" positions on the five-way switch. This ST62-55L Stratocaster has been professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 9-42 strings, low action, and accurate intonation.
