1986 Fender Stratocaster ‘67 Vintage Reissue ST67-85 Hendrix-Spec Olympic White w/ USA Pickups, Japan MIJ Fujigen
Up for sale, a 1986 Fender Stratocaster ‘67 vintage reissue model ST67-85 in excellent, 100% original condition and in perfect working order. This rare “Made in Japan” Strat is designed as a faithful recreation of Jimi Hendrix’s iconic ‘67 Strat, featuring a set of the same USA-made black bobbin 57/62 pickups as Fender’s early American Vintage models.
The pickups feature black fiber bobbins, staggered unbeveled alnico magnets, and push-back cloth-covered leads, delivering an array of classic Strat tonalities via the three-way pickup selector. The neck pickup is round and throaty, and the bridge pickup provides sparkling snap, with thinned-out cut in the "in-between" position on the switch. This ST67-85 Stratocaster weighs 7lbs 15oz, professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 10-46 strings, low action, and accurate intonation.
