Up for sale, a 1984 Boss DM-3 Delay in excellent condition and in perfect working order, complete with the original box and paperwork. This particular DM-3 is a genuine vintage Japanese-made Boss pedal, with a stickered serial number in the battery compartment that translates to a November, 1984 production date.
The last of the great Japan-made Boss analog delay pedals, the DM-3 has a lush, warm tone thanks to the famous MN3205 "Bucket Brigade" delay chip. This chip produces a thick, rich quality, and the delay time is variable between 20ms and 300ms just like its predecessor the DM-2. This pedal also features a direct output which can be used to create a stereo effect. The control layout  is intuitive, with controls for Repeat Rate, Echo, and Intensity.
Cosmetic wear is limited to a scant few marks on the enclosure. The silkscreen graphics are pristine, and all three original knobs are intact. The original green "Made in Japan" foil label on the back is in excellent shape.
The original box is included and equally as clean as the pedal.
