Up for sale, a 1983 Boss CS-2 Compressor in time capsule-clean condition and in perfect working order, complete with the original (equally clean) box and factory paperwork. The CS-2 is the most highly regarded Boss compressor, with a smooth tone, even response, and rugged durability. The simple yet effective controls include Level, Attack, and Sustain knobs.Cosmetically, there's barely a mark on the enclosure, the graphics are pristine, and the pedal retains the original knob set. The serial number sticker is intact in the battery compartment, dating the pedal to 1983, and the black foil label is present on the back of the box.
