Out Of Stock
Up for sale, a 1983 Aria Pro II “Super Bass” SB-1000 in exceptional, 100% original condition and in perfect working order. Produced at the Matsumoku factory in Japan, this genuine vintage example of one of Aria's most popular vintage models is crafted with a five-ply maple/walnut neck through body paired with ash body wings. The SB series has been played by a pedigree of legendary bassists including Cliff Burton, John Taylor, Rudy Sarzo, Jack Bruce, and Marcus Miller.

The smoothly sculpted neck-through body construction offers superb sustain as well as unbeatable access to the upper frets. The MB-1 double coil pickup has ample output with a big, powerful low end response and plenty of punch, and the “B.B. Circuit” is an active EQ that provides six different shades of focused midrange. Weighing 11lbs 1oz, this SB-1000 has been professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 45-100 roundwound strings, easy-playing action, and accurate intonation.
