Up for sale, a 1980s Maxon FL-301 Flanger pedal in excellent condition and in perfect working order. One of the first compact flanger stompboxes on the market upon its original release in 1979, the FL-301 boasts a wide operation range and full frequency response. It delivers a diverse assortment of modulation and time-delay effects; from clear chorus and vibrato to thick and lush flange.
The FL-301 uses a standard analog comb filtering circuit, and the 100% analog circuitry is based around a Panasonic MN3207 (a since-discontinued low voltage BBD IC). Speed and Width knobs provide precise control over the unit's thick, spacious effect, and the Regeneration knob varies effect intensity from subtle to severe. This pedal is powered by an 18V external jack or internal dual 9V batteries.
This pedal is in great shape: the bright yellow enclosure shows little wear beyond a few tiny chips on the edges, the original knobs are intact, and the original serial sticker and foam pad is intact on the bottom.
