Up for sale, a 1980s Maxon BP-01 Bass Comp compressor effects pedal in excellent condition and in perfect working order. Crafted in Japan, this quality compressor is tailored for bass instruments, though is very universal in application, with a low noise floor and smooth response. Controls include Attack, Sustain, and Level, and each knob has a broad tonal range.

Cosmetically, this pedal is very clean, with only a few light scuffs and nicks on the sides of the sturdy metal enclosure. The top is exceptionally clean with the original knob set, and the Made in Japan foil label is present on the bottom.
