1980s Hohner Pianet T Vintage Analog Reed-Based Electric Piano 60 Key

Up for sale, a 1980s Hohner Pianet T in excellent condition and in perfect working order. While the first Pianets of the 1960s established Hohner as a pioneer in the electric piano field, the second generation was introduced in the 70s (which included the Pianet T) and aimed to provide the player a more reliable and gig-friendly instrument, with a revised electromagnetic pickup design and smooth milled reeds. While the Pianet T retains the chime and growl of its predecessors, the redesign also makes the Pianet T tonally a slightly mellower and more bell-like instrument.Compact and portable with its 60 key range, the Pianet T is housed in a sturdy enclosure covered in a resilient black vinyl covering. This Pianet retains clean silver silkscreened lettering, and the key caps are bright white and level. All keys are in tune with even output and good balance across the octaves. There is some scuffing and edge wear on the exterior as pictured, but structurally and functionally this Pianet delivers the goods as promised in a compact, gig-friendly enclosure with a sweet tone worthy of the Pianet name.
